Tr\u00e9ning prebieha za asistencie tr\u00e9nera, ktor\u00ed je s de\u0165mi vo vode a pod\u013ea potreby im akt\u00edvne vypom\u00e1ha. Vyu\u017e\u00edva sa hrav\u00e1 forma v\u00fdu\u010dby, tak aby si deti upevnili vz\u0165ah k vodn\u00e9mu prostrediu. Deti si osvojuj\u00fa z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 plaveck\u00e9 zru\u010dnosti &#8211; spl\u00fdvanie, v\u00fddych do vody, pon\u00e1ranie, orient\u00e1cia vo vode, skoky do vody, najprv pohyby doln\u00fdch nesk\u00f4r horn\u00fdch kon\u010dat\u00edn a vo fin\u00e1le s\u00fahru pohybov.<br \/>\n\u25baCie\u013eom je dosiahnutie potrebn\u00fdch zru\u010dnost\u00ed pre samostatn\u00e9 a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pl\u00e1vanie s pom\u00f4ckami na dlh\u0161ie vzdialenosti a bez pom\u00f4cok na krat\u0161ie vzdialenosti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(B) Z\u00e1kladn\u00fd plaveck\u00fd v\u00fdcvik &#8211; tr\u00e9ner pracuje s malou skupinkou det\u00ed pri kraji baz\u00e9ne. Deti pl\u00e1vaj\u00fa\u00a0 samostatne na pokyn tr\u00e9nera do vzdialenosti minim\u00e1lne 12,5m (polovica baz\u00e9na) pr\u00edp. cel\u00fd baz\u00e9n s pom\u00f4ckami ako aj aj bez pom\u00f4cok<\/strong><br \/>\n<em><strong>! <\/strong>podmienka: die\u0165a sa samostatne udr\u017e\u00ed na hladine, nepotrebujem fyzick\u00fa pomoc tr\u00e9nera vo vode, prepl\u00e1va ak\u00fdmko\u013evek sp\u00f4sobom minim\u00e1lne do polovice baz\u00e9na tj.12,5m<\/em><br \/>\nDeti si upev\u0148uj\u00fa plaveck\u00e9 zru\u010dnosti, n\u00e1cvik\/ zdokonalenie spr\u00e1vnej techniky kraulov\u00e9ho, znakov\u00e9ho a nesk\u00f4r prsiarskeho kopu.\u00a0 N\u00e1cvik kraulov\u00fdch, znakov\u00fdch a prsiarskych pa\u017e\u00ed. Tr\u00e9ner na zdokonalenie plaveck\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fdlu vyu\u017e\u00edva rozmanit\u00e9 technick\u00e9 cvi\u010denia a okrem z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch pom\u00f4cok pou\u017e\u00edva aj plaveck\u00e9 plutvy.<br \/>\n\u25baCie\u013eom je budovanie technick\u00fdch zru\u010dnosti, vytrvalos\u0165 a kond\u00edciu pre bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a s\u00favisl\u00e9 pl\u00e1vanie dlh\u0161\u00edch vzdialenost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(C) Zdokona\u013eovac\u00ed plaveck\u00fd v\u00fdcvik (2 \u00farovne kurzu)\u00a0 &#8211; \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk je samostatn\u00fd &#8222;plavec&#8220;, pl\u00e1vame v stredn\u00fdch dr\u00e1hach baz\u00e9na na techniku a kond\u00edciu<\/strong><br \/>\nC1 (\u00farove\u0148 1) podmienka: Prepl\u00e1ve samostatne a bez ob\u00e1v minim\u00e1lne 25 metrov (tj. 1 d\u013a\u017eku baz\u00e9na).<br \/>\nC (\u00farove\u0148 2) podmienka: Ovl\u00e1da z\u00e1klady plaveck\u00fdch sp\u00f4sobov kraul, znak, prsia a samostatne prepl\u00e1ve bez probl\u00e9mov\u00a0 50 metrov bez prest\u00e1vky<br \/>\nZdokona\u013eovanie z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch plaveck\u00fdch sp\u00f4sobov (kraul, znak, prsia), pre \u0161ikovn\u00fdch n\u00e1cvik a zdokona\u013eovanie z\u00e1kladov plaveck\u00e9ho sp\u00f4sobu mot\u00fdlik. Odstr\u00e1nenie plaveck\u00fdch ch\u00fdb, zlep\u0161enie d\u00fdchania, vytrvalosti a efektivity.
